How long until my order ships?
Every item is made to order. Production takes about 2–5 business days, then it ships with tracking. Transit estimates show at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
Can I personalize an item?
Many of our designs can be personalized. Look for the personalization box on the product page, or email us for a custom request.
How do the sizes run?
Our tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies are unisex sizing. Please check the size chart on each product page. For a relaxed fit, size up.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for size or change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll replace or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Will my gift set arrive in one box?
Gift set items are made by different US print partners, so they may arrive in separate packages.
How do I care for my shirt?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the design.
