Refund policy

Every AmericanGraceUSA item is printed just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email americangraceshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase, before they go to production.

Lost packages: if tracking hasn't updated for 30 days or more, contact us and we'll help. If a package shows delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your carrier first. Packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout aren't covered.
